Automatic dose control unit ECOMAT

Application
ECOMAT Automatic Chlorine Controller is the central unit of a chlorination system. Together with the other elements of the system it performs the chlorination of the flowing water according to the programmed parameters.
The central unit receives the signals of the (5. and 6.) sensors, the position-signal of the servo valve, signals of the limit switches of the servo and the "empty" signals from the chlorine-bottles. These measured signals are compared to the programmed and calculated values and depending on the result the Central Unit modifies the position of the valve thus modifying the operation of the system. In case of both bottles becoming empty it gives an ALARM signal.
The ECOMAT unit stores the programmed adjustments in its non-volatile memory module (EEPROM) so they will not disappear even if the unit is switched off.
The core of the instrument is a so called single-chip microprocessor type PIC that stores both the data and the operating program and controls all the internal (LCD display, LED-s and push-buttons) and external (sensors, limit-switches, stepper motor) peripherals.

The device can carry out the dosing after three (selectable) algorithms:
A./ Dosage after Water volume
B./ Dosage after residual-chlorine content
C./ Dosage after both criteria And of course offers opportunity for:
D./ Dosing after manual adjustments.
