Injector

Main elements of the injector:

1. Gas-intake connection: The chlorine gas intake takes place through this fitting, under Vacuum.
2. Water inlet and safety-valve: Vacuum will be produced by the help of the water flowing through the Venturi-tube.
3. Magnetic valve: It separates the gas-system and the service water system from each other.
4. Chlorine solution diffuser: Serves the perfect intermixture of the chlorine-water solution.

The injectors are producing vacuum and providing the excellent intermixture of chlorine gas, that guarantees the reliable disinfection performance.
The basic- version injectors are applicable up to 16bar back pressure. To assure the operating efficiency, higher pressure is required than the back-pressure.

Pressure that prevails in the injection point next to the injector is called the back pressure.
